Both approaches are valid, but they are not interchangeable. LUFS (Loudness Units relative to Full Scale) is a standardized loudness measurement defined by international broadcast standards. Its purpose is to represent perceived loudness as consistently as possible across different ty

AI voices vs human voices — what’s the difference?
AI voices are great for testing scripts, extreme low-budget projects, or voice messages that need quick updates. They can even be guided with tags to adjust tone and delivery, and because they’re trained on real human speech, they can sometimes sound indistinguishable from a real person. Human voices, however, excel at interpretation, emotion, and emphasis—keeping listeners engaged and ensuring your message truly connects. The interaction you get when working with a professio

32-Bit Floating Point Audio: Is It Worth It?
32-bit floating point is a digital audio format that offers an incredibly wide dynamic range—over 1500 dB. That means you can record whisper-quiet sounds and explosive peaks without distortion in the same recording, as long as your equipment can handle it. You will need a 32-bit recorder or a 32-bit audio interface, and any favorite outboards/preamps are of no use when working with 32-bit recordings

Shortlist a voice talent
You can shortlist (invite) and chat with up to 3 voices at the same time. Ask for availability and even a custom demo if you like to hear them read a bit of your script. Normally most talents will answer within a few hours. You can remove a voice from the project and shortlist a new one if you like. Please note that you will NOT be charged when you shortlist voices. An order is not created until you decide to "Assign" a voice and the voice accepts the assignment.
