I Can’t Log In — What Should I Do?

Updated: Jan 7

If you’re unable to log in and don’t get a helpful failure message, don’t worry—this is usually easy to fix.

Try the steps below:

  1. Reload the web page

Refreshing the active tab activates newly added features and resolves most issues.

  2. Check another browser or device

Try logging in from a different browser (like Chrome, Safari, or Firefox) or another device to see if the issue is local.

  3. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies

Old data can sometimes block access. Clearing cache and cookies often solves the problem.

  4. Turn off browser extensions

Some extensions interfere with login. Temporarily disable them and try again.

  5. Use Incognito/Private Mode

Open a private or incognito window. This bypasses saved browsing data and can help troubleshoot.

  6. Update Chrome (if you’re a Chrome user)

If updates are pending, restart your browser. Outdated versions can cause login and download issues.
