When you purchase a music track from music.voicemachine.com, you receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use this music worldwide in your productions.
✅ What you can do:
● Use the track in any type of media project (including commercial use, paid ads, social
media, podcasts, films, etc.).
● Reuse the track in unlimited productions without renewing the license.
● Grant your end clients the right to use the music in sync with the production you deliver
to them.
● Edit, cut, loop, fade, time-stretch or pitch-shift the track as needed for your productions.
❌ What you cannot do:
● Sell or distribute the music “as is” (without being part of a production).
● Publish the music as a standalone audio track, or as remixed/edited versions for
listening purposes.
● Include the track in templates, themes, SDKs or sample packs where others can extract the
audio.
● Use the music to train AI models or generate derivative audio via AI.
📌 License holder:
● The buyer (the name on the receipt) is the main license holder.
● The buyer’s employees and contractors may use the track solely for the buyer’s projects.
● End clients only receive a synchronization license for the specific production you
deliver. They cannot reuse the music in new projects.
PRO/Content ID: Tracks are not registered with PROs or Content ID systems. If you receive a mistaken
claim, contact supportort@voicemachine.com and we’ll clear it.
Refunds/chargebacks: If an order is refunded or charged back, the associated license may be
suspended or revoked.
Termination for breach: We may terminate this license for material breach. Productions created
while you were in compliance may continue to be used.
Legal & liability: Provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our total liability is limited to
the price paid for the track. The agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden.
Example:
Company X buys the track “Awards Intro Music”. They use it in an awards video for Client Y’s
event. Client Y is granted the right to use the finished video (with the music included) in
perpetuity across any media. Company X can later reuse the same track in a different project,
without purchasing a new license.
⚖️ Legal Summary – The License Holder does not obtain title to or ownership of the Music
Track but is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the Music Track in
synchronization with productions.
