Once the talent has accepted your assignment, the agreed payment is withdrawn and held securely by Stripe until you approve the delivered files. You have 15 days from delivery to approve or request any retakes. Once approved, payment is released to the voice talent. This ensures that the talent is motivated to deliver their best work. If the talent fails to deliver within the agreed timeframe, your money will be refunded.

We only collect the information necessary for the platform to function and to meet legal requirements. Your registered information will never be used for any other purpose than your interactions with our platform. You can unregister at any time.

We use Stripe.com as our payment service provider. Stripe supports all major credit cards, and we provide detailed receipts for every transaction. Voicemachine is only available in English because it’s the language all of our voice talents can communicate in. You don’t need to be fluent to run a project, but you should be able to read, write, and speak English at a conversational level.

Yes. Voicemachine is a professional B2B service. Companies within the EU need to register with the company name, address, contact information, and a valid VAT number. Companies outside the EU just need to register a company name, address and contact information. The information is used for contact and valid invoices/receipts.

Yes. Listen-in is free of charge and possible when the voice talent accepts it. Most talents can handle Teams, Google Meet, Zoom or similar. Some also have other voice-over IP solutions theta offers higher quality audio. Ask the talent what alternatives there are and how they prefer to work.
