Once the talent has accepted your assignment, the agreed payment is withdrawn and held securely by Stripe until you approve the delivered files. You have 15 days from delivery to approve or request any retakes. Once approved, payment is released to the voice talent.

This ensures that the talent is motivated to deliver their best work. If the talent fails to deliver within the agreed timeframe, your money will be refunded.
