How can I be sure I will receive any files from the hired voice talent?

When the talent has accepted your assignment the agreed cost will be withdrawn and held by Stripe until you have approved the delivered files (you have to approve or ask for any retakes within 15 days from delivery). When approved the payment will be released to the voice. This way you can feel safe it’s in the voice talents interest to deliver their best. If a talent should not deliver within the agreed timeframe your money will be repaid.
