How to get IBAN account details in Wise

Many voice talents outside EU use Wise to receive payouts in Voicemachine. If you live in the States or outside the EU an IBAN Euro account may not be activated by default. As we pay in Euros, and an IBAN account will make it possible for us to pay you quicker and without transfer fees or currency conversions, we prefer a Wise IBAN Euro account.

To get your own local bank IBAN account details, do the following:

1. Select the plus icon: on the Home screen or from the Payments tab. 

   
   

2. Choose the currency: you want to receive money in (Euro). 

   
   

3. Select "Get account details": and complete any initial requirements to verify your account. 

   
   

• 4. You'll receive your own account details: (including an IBAN for eligible currencies) to share with others so they can send you money.
