If you get shortlisted (invited) to a project you will get access to the project. Check details and chat with the client about availability etc. Max 3 talents can be invited so your chances are good to get the job. If you get assigned you will be notified via chat/mail to log in and accept the assignment. Note! It's ok to upload a short custom demo before you are assigned but don't record or upload full final takes before you are assigned as you might not get the job. Accepted assignment = valid order.
