Payout information

When the customer has approved your delivery we will issue and email a self-billing invoice to you with all the information needed. The self-billing invoice is also stored together with the agreement under Files in the project. If you have automated payouts via Stripe activated in your profile we will at the same time trigger your payment and the money will be available within 10 days (at the moment only possible for countries within the EU plus UK). If you are not activated for automated Stripe payouts we will pay you manually via bank transfer within 30 days. In either case, you should not send us an invoice as we will use the self-billing invoice. Paypal is only accepted when we can't pay via bank and have agreed on paying via Paypal.
