Assigning a voice talent to a project means placing an order to hire them. We recommend requesting a custom demo, where the talent reads a few lines of your script before you hire them, to avoid any casting mistakes.

The assignment is not valid until the talent accepts it. You can “un-assign” them until they do. Once the talent accepts, the project becomes an order, and the agreed amount will be charged to your credit card. A receipt and agreement will be emailed to you as proof of payment. These documents are also stored under Files within the project as a backup.

The voice talent will not be paid until you approve the delivery. You have 15 days to review and approve the project; otherwise, it will be automatically approved.
