Approve delivery

You have up to 15 days to approve or comment on the takes from initial delivery. Any reading or editing mistakes commented on will be fixed for free by the talent within 15 days from initial delivery (even if the project is approved). If the project has not been actively approved within 15 days and no complaints about the delivery have been raised to Voicemachine, the project will automatically be approved. Once the project has been approved all payment terms are final and non-refundable. Note! You need to approve your project before you can use the production in public. Pickups can be ordered for a reduced price within 120 days from approval. See our Pickup policy.
