Self-billing means you do not even have to write and send us an invoice, we will do it for you. When registering on Voicemachine you accept Self-billing to be used. The Self-billing invoice will have all the necessary data needed, such as date, invoice number, buyer and seller's company name, Tax ID/VAT number, registered office address and what job is performed, and any VAT when applicable. This data is gathered from your registration and project information/agreement. The issued self-billing invoice is marked with “Self-billing” and full fills all laws and regulations and is accepted by the Swedish tax department and is valid within the EU but also outside the EU. No need to send us an invoice! We will use the issued Self-billing in all cases.
