I’m not happy with the sound quality, what do I do?

Updated: Aug 20, 2021

If you are not happy with the sound quality you should contact Voicemachine. We will then compare the rejected audio to the voice’s studio-quality demo. If the quality is less good we will remaster, arrange a free rerecording or refund. If it’s just as good as the demo or better we will consider the audio to be as good as promised and then not refundable.
